For as long as I could remember I’ve always wanted

a tattoo, there was just something about the fact that this beautiful piece will be permanent on my body forever.

There’s still a lot of stigma behind then and I know full well each time my mum sees a new one of mine he exact words are “what are they gonna look like on your wedding day” - well mum they’re gonna look beautiful!

In the beginning I only wanted one or two very small ones but I’m now 4 tattoos in, 2 of them being fairly big ones and I’m itching it get more!! For my 2 most recent ones, I got them as a present to myself for my 21st birthday. I’d always wanted a dragon to represent mushu from my all time favourite Disney movie and alongside that I got a tarot card done which was a replica of the same card I got when I had my cards read.

I won’t lie, it does hurt - for my tarot card tattoo I was laying there for almost 2 hours and by the end arm was so tender and the smallest bit of detail absolutely battered! But I’m so glad I powered through it because I have an absolute stunning piece of artwork on my body now!

I’m not sure of the ones I want to get next but I know for sure that there’s definitely some more on the table!
