Dating at Uni

Well, let’s talk about dating!

Since being at uni, I’ve noticed so many of my uni friends bag boyfriends and girlfriends whilst I’m still over here on my Larry. In all honestly I’m not that fussed, I do quite like being single but I also kinda hate dating! But I keep seeing all these things about people finding their life long partners at university and me over here can’t even find her way out of the library! After a couple of bad experiences which involve broken noses and a lot of vomit, I think I’ve just pinned myself down as being undateable. But since being at uni again I thought I’d dip my toe back in the water. But then I was stuck with the dilemma of how to you actually go about getting a date.

A couple for friends suggested tinder and bumble so I redownloaded them and dusted off some of my finest opening lines. And let me tell you, why are some people so DRY! I’ve never had so many dead conversations! Just liven it up a bit you know, ask me about my favourite pasta or at least what my cat is called! I’m not one to take themselves too seriously so I chose a couple of nice pictures to include on my profile alongside my post malone and grinch cosplay. After a couple of one liners involving shrek I’d managed to bag myself a date!! Who would believe it! I wouldn’t say I’m a dating connoisseur! But maybe I’ll find the man of my dreams and the way out of the library! Who knows what’s in store for me
